When a community joins efforts, the potential outcomes are boundless
Eastern Dakota Housing Alliance is partnering with the Cooperstown Griggs County EDC to help with the shortage of housing in Cooperstown. Together with local contractors, an affordable 1,200 square foot house will be built. This house will allow income qualified families the opportunity to purchase a home.
Developers are working with Finley general contractor Brian Tuite, who has hired local subcontractors to construct the home. Construction will continue and should be completed in late 2009.
